The Malaysian REIT (M-REIT) industry is celebrating its 20^th anniversary in 2025 and we would like to celebrate this historic milestone together with all the stakeholders that have made this possible. When the first M-REIT was launched 20 years ago, it allowed individual retail investors to invest in quality, income-producing real estate.

The support of regulators, along with a strong ecosystem, has contributed to the growth of M-REITs and currently we have 20 listed and 2 unlisted REITs in Malaysia that have contributed to an increase in size of our capital markets by more that RM50 billion as of today.

We are celebrating the M-REITs 20 years anniversary on 28 November 2025 with a Grand Dinner for 300 pax at Diamond Ballroom, Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur. It will be a lounge suit event with live band performance, comedy gig etceteras.
